How Animal Babies Stay Safe（Part。3）
Each kind of animal has a way to alert its young when danger is near.
每一種動物，都會在危險逼近時，用它自己的方式對幼崽發出警告。
Monkeys bark or howl. Ants, bees, and termites use smell. Fish use motion. Quick fin movements mean“danger”.
猴子會尖叫或怒吼。螞蟻，蜜蜂，還有白蟻會利用嗅覺。魚兒會利用肢體語言。魚鰭快速的擺動意味著危險來臨。
When escape is not possible, animal parents will risk their own lives to protect their children.
當來不及逃跑時，成年的動物會冒著自己生命危險來保護自己的幼崽。
Hoofed animals like zebras fight off attackers by kicking and trampling.
就像是斑馬，會利用自己的蹄子對攻擊者實施踢打和踩踏。
Elephants keep their children in the middle of the herd. In this way, all the adults can keep enemies away.

Anyway, all kinds of animal babies eventually grow up and must make their way in the world.

When parents protect and care for their young, their children have a better chance of growing up to have their own children. This is nature’s way of helping each kind of animal to survive.
