第三章主要透過梳理總結前人關於農產品供應鏈風險的研究成果,結合“農超對接”供應鏈的特點,從內部風險、外部風險兩個方面對供應鏈的風險進行分析,並透過實地調研和問卷調查的方式進行進一步的實證研究,最終得到出“農超對接”五大類風險。

作者將“農超對接”中的內部風險歸納為生產管理風險、企業管理風險、對接合作風險、技術風險。其中,生產管理風險中的主要因素包含日常生產管理不到位、質量管理不到位、生產計劃風險、生產標準不合理。

The third chapter mainly analyzes the risks of the supply chain from the aspects of internal risks and external risks by combing and summarizing the research results of the predecessors on the risks of the supply chain of agricultural products, combined with the characteristics of the “agricultural super docking” supply chain, and conducts further empirical research through field research and questionnaire surveys, and finally obtains five categories of risks of “agricultural super docking”。

最後,作者透過問卷調查法確定了“農超對接”供應鏈的23個風險因素,如下表所示,並透過信度檢驗和效度分析對問卷結果進行了有效性分析以及主因子分析,以保證指標的代表性。
