貼心了！女航天員在太空也能化妝？來例假還有這些準備

10月16日上午神舟十三號的三名航天員成功進入天宮空間站，他們將在太空“出差”六個月，這將是中國迄今為止時間最長的一次載人飛行。

神舟十三號成功發射後，航天員的太空生活成為了公眾關注的話題。航天員的行李箱裝了些什麼？女航天員來例假怎麼辦？網友對這些問題都很關心。

筆墨紙硯、樂器和“神秘禮物”

翟志剛在接受中國中央電視臺採訪時說，他帶了筆墨紙硯，到天上允許可以寫寫毛筆字。

此外，他還下載了影視劇影片和歌曲，沒事的時候就可以看看劇，聽聽歌。

Zhai， a Chinese calligraphy aficionado， decided to bring brushes， ink， paper， and ink stones — known as the essential four for calligraphy — to space， he told China Central Television in an interview。

Adding a light touch to the scientific research in the space station， Zhai has also taken some music videos and clips from his favorite TV series and movies with him to play during leisure time。

“出差三人組”都十分喜愛音樂，翟志剛並非唯一計劃在太空聽歌的人。

Ye chose some portable instruments， he wants to study them in his spare time in space。

He also brought photos with his family， as well as “mystery items” prepared for him by his family， which will be declassified in the sky。

王亞平表示，自己帶了比較大的樂器將在天上進行展示，“而且我會搭配別的東西來展示我們的中華文化，但是暫時要保密，我相信展示的時候大家會感到驚喜！”

Wang， China’s first female astronaut to enter the Tiangong space station， who said she brought big instrument but did not reveal the details of it， stirred up further interest by saying she will hold a musical performance from the space station。

網友們聽說天上將會有樂器表演都迫不及待了，紛紛猜測起表演的時間。

作為母親，王亞平常常想念自己5歲的女兒，因此這次的太空之行她還帶了很多女兒的照片。

此外，她還給“出差三人組”的另外兩位同事準備了新年禮物。她說：“這將會是個大驚喜！”

女航天員有專用衛生用品和無毒化妝品

全國空間探測技術首席科學傳播專家龐之浩在回答“如何保障女航天員的長期在軌生活”時表示，飛船座椅、航天服、大小便收集系統等都是根據女航天員的特點特製的。

The spacecraft seats， space suits， urine and stool collection systems are specially made to accommodate the characteristics of female astronauts， according to Pang Zhihao， the chief communication expert on space exploration technology。

此外，天舟三號根據這次任務需求，為女航天員送去了衛生用品、少量無毒化妝品，女航天員化妝以後可能心理狀態會更好。

In addition， sanitary products and a small amount of non-toxic cosmetics for female astronauts are also prepared。

針對女航天員生理特點比如月經問題，實踐表明，女航天員在太空月經基本正常，但是月經期間進行太空行走，容易得減壓病，所以在月經期間，一般不進行太空行走。另外還給她配置了巧克力、甜點和補血用品。

Testing has shown that female astronauts have normal menstruation periods in space， but it is not suggested to walk in space during periods because the possibility for them to catch decompression sickness will increase。

Meanwhile， chocolates， desserts and blood supplements are provided for female astronauts。

過年吃什麼餡兒的餃子也準備好了

有關航天員如何在太空中過年的問題，中國航天員科研訓練中心航天營養與食品工程研究室主任臧鵬當天接受中新社記者採訪表示，航天員過年帶了加熱即食的餃子，共三種餡料：豬肉白菜餃子、鮁魚餃子和黃花菜餃子。此外，他們也帶了一些福字、春聯等，將在春節時裝飾空間站。

The astronauts brought ready-to-eat dumplings for Chinese New Year， with three kinds of fillings： pork and cabbage， mackerel and yellow cabbage。 They also took some fu （meaning “fortune” in Chinese） characters and Spring Festival scrolls that will decorate the space station for the Chinese New Year。
